So tomorrow is my 38 week check-up. We thought that we would help speed up the labor process by having Scalini's famous Eggplant Parmigiana tonight for dinner! It was wonderful! More than 300 babies have been born after the mothers ate this famous dish! If I go into labor within 48 hours, I will get a $25 gift certificate to eat there again, a Scalini's onesie, and Lily's picture on the wall of fame! We shall see....
