Updates!

Time is just flying by too quickly! I rarely have time to blog, much less do anything else without carrying an almost 6 (yes...6) -month-old on my hip while chasing an almost 3-year-old. Yes, time is going by so fast that it makes want to suck up every moment with them!!!

Lily Kate is growing all the time. She is such a happy baby...smiling all of the time. She is also trying to crawl, and loves to play with her toys, Owen and Missy! She is so happy in her Exersaucer, and she thinks that water bottles are the coolest things. She is also exploring the world of fruits and veggies. So far, carrots and sweet potatoes are her favorites! We are still working on green beans...you should see the face she gives when I try to get her to eat them!

Owen is amazing me all of the time! The kid is so expressive. He really holds great conversations! It is so funny when I hear things that I say come out of his mouth. He now often refers to me as "sweetie," because I always call him sweetie! He will say, "Mama, sweetie, please fill up my milk cup." TOO CUTE!!! He is also in a car phase BIG TIME! He can tell you every make and model of every car....it is crazy! His personal favorite has to be a Hummer. He tells me that he is going to buy one for me one day. HA! You should see his Matchbox collection. I think that we have most of the cars from Walmart! And--Disney's Cars--wow--We are head.over.heels for Lightning McQueen. I can recite the entire movie (Luigi and Guido are my personal favorites!). He is also looking forward to Christmas this year. He isn't a big fan of Santa, but that's ok with me. I'd rather him focus on the true reason for the season--Christ! After Christmas is his birthday...THREE!! I can't believe that he is moving from toddler to little boy phase...sniff...sniff!!!
